• October 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027: total not to exceed $3,138,988. Within that amount, up to $12,500 may be for consultants and up to $6,250 for staff training.

Payments are to be made from the contingent fund of the Senate upon vouchers approved by the committee chair, except for certain items that do not require vouchers (for example: annual salaries, telecommunication services from the Sergeant at Arms, stationery purchases, postal services, certain copying and recording services, and franked or mass mail costs). The resolution also authorizes agency contribution payments from the Senate account for "Expenses of Inquiries and Investigations" for the same three periods.
