Secure Space Act

Summary#

This bill, the Secure Space Act of 2025, would change the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 by adding a new Section 10. The new section would stop the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from approving certain satellite system licenses, U.S. market access petitions, or authorizations to use earth stations when the license or authorization would be held or controlled by a company that produces or provides "covered communications equipment or service" or by an affiliate of such a company.
