Community TEAMS Act of 2025

Summary#

This bill amends section 330A of the Public Health Service Act to create a new grant program called "Grants for Community-Based Training for Medical Students in Rural Areas and Medically Underserved Communities." The Director may award 1- to 5-year grants to eligible consortia that include at least one osteopathic or allopathic medical school and at least one rural health clinic, federally qualified health center (FQHC), or health care facility in a medically underserved community.
