Summary#

This bill amends Title 38 of the U.S. Code to add licensed hearing aid specialists to the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Community Care Program. It inserts a new paragraph saying a hearing aid specialist licensed to provide medical services in the State where they are located may be included as a provider. The bill also renumbers some existing paragraphs in that section.
