To provide for the continued use of certain trust land in San Diego County for healthcare purposes.

This bill would limit how a specific 8.6-acre parcel taken into trust for the Ewiiaapaayp Band of Kumeyaay Indians may be used. The land (Parcel No. 404-061-01) could only be used to provide health and social services for members of Indian Tribes.
