The Promoting Inclusion in Amateur Sport Act is established. Each provincial sport organization must adopt an inclusion policy that promotes the participation of persons from underrepresented groups in the sport. A provincial sport organization's board members and staff must complete inclusion courses specified by Sport Manitoba. A provincial sport organization must conduct an assessment of participants in its sport to determine if there are underrepresented groups in the sport. The organization must prepare a report each year that reviews its efforts to increase participation in the sport.
